This website is run by Pipeline Media LLC, doing business as aftermarketREADY. This policy explains what information we collect through aftermarketready.com, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. When we say "we" or "us," we mean Pipeline Media LLC.
What the contact form collects
When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, your company, your email address, the goals you select and your message.
We use it to read your request, reply to you and keep a record of the conversation. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Our website host, Netlify, receives and stores form submissions for us so they can be delivered to our inbox. The form also contains a hidden field that helps filter out spam. It is not used to identify you.
Site analytics and cookies
We use site analytics to understand how people find and use the site: which pages are visited, how long visits last, what kind of device and browser are used and the general region a visit comes from. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you personally.
Analytics tools may set cookies or use similar technology in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts. As with any web request, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information when this happens.
We don't sell your data
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our website host and email provider, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages and related email for as long as we need them to respond to you and run our business. After that, we delete them.
Access and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email IamReady@aftermarketREADY.com and tell us what you need. We'll confirm when it's done.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
